Cancellations

An order can be cancelled before dispatch of goods. Once the shipment is dispatched, it can be returned but not cancelled.
In case order is cancelled, refund may be made 3 business days from the day of return package collection, depending upon mode of payment.

Refunds shall only be generated for Prepaid/NEFT orders.

Cancellation Criteria

Order can be cancelled under any of the following circumstances:
• Address dispute
• Incorrect product specification mentioned on intsolartech.shop.
• In case of suspected fraudulent information
• In exceptional cases, if a product runs "out of stock" at the end of intsolartech.shop due to some reasons

Returns

Goods sold may be returned / exchanged based on the following situations within 7 days of delivery*:
• Product is used/altered/defective.
• Physical / in-transit damage to the product.
• Empty packet/some items or missing accessories.
• Significant difference found in intsolartech.shop website as comparison to product.

Customer is not eligible for return/exchange if

- It's “No longer needed”.
- Customers tried to handle the industrial product and were unable to use it which promotes any tear/damage.
- Quality Issue

Return Eligibility

- If damaged or incomplete product is received. The return request must be created within 48 hours of delivery..

- The products must be unused.
- Items returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and the original manufacturer's box/packaging, as delivered to you.
- The invoice must be available.
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page.
Note: intsolartech.shop is always happy to help customers. For any dispute the customer is requested to contact through email / phone.

Returning a Product

There are 2 ways to return order:
- On availability of our logistics partner, we will send a courier personnel to get the product picked up from your location within 2-3 business days after the return is approved.
- In some cases where we cannot provide return service, the customer needs to send the product to us at the address provided by our customer care team, through India. Once we receive the product, we will reverse the courier charges.
Once the product is sent, the customer needs to share the valid courier slip (if applicable) along with the following bank details at the prescribed email address.
- Account number
- Account holder's name (Same as registered with intsolartech@gmail.com )
- IFSC Code
- On receiving the product, our team will conduct a thorough quality check, which usually takes up to 2 days. If our quality inspection team do not find any discrepancy, we will re-ship the product to the customer. In such a scenario, the customer will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment to receive the product. No courier charges for sending the product will be reimbursed.

Refunds

Once the refund is approved, it will take 2-8 business days for you to receive the order amount based on your mode of payment.

• For Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 2-7 business days
• If the transaction is done through NEFT and Cheque, then the customer needs to share the below-mentioned details at our e-mail ID intsolartech@gmail.com from their registered e-mail ID:
1. Account number
2. Account Holder's name
3. IFSC Code
• After receiving the required information for a refund, the refund will be processed in 2 business days, and the same will reflect in your account in another 5-7 business days
